A LITTLE HELP FOR HOMEMADE
Sunday Danish Dough Whisk
Bring flour and water together with an open-loop whisk made for thicker mixtures. A wooden handle, a steel head and a little time at the kitchen table: that's Sunday.
SMALL TOOL. LOVELY ROUTINE.
You don't need to bring out a mixer to bring a bowl of ingredients together. Sunday keeps the first step of homemade baking wonderfully simple.
The open steel loops move through flour, water and thicker batter as you stir. Use it to bring ingredients together before the next step in your recipe.
Hold the wooden handle, steady your bowl and mix at your own pace. There are no switches, cords or settings to work around.
From a shaggy bread dough to pancake batter, the Danish-style head gives your baking drawer a simple alternative to a spoon or balloon whisk.
A simple beginning for something homemade.AT THE KITCHEN TABLE
Flour on the table. A favourite bowl. Someone asking what's for breakfast. Homemade doesn't have to be a grand project to feel like a good part of the day.
Sunday belongs in that moment. Add your ingredients, take the wooden handle and stir them into one mixture. The recipe takes it from there.

Open wire loops. A wooden handle. Ready to stir. The broad loop and smaller inner loop move through the mixture as you stir, rather than gathering it inside a cage of fine wires.
The long, gently tapered handle keeps your hand above the bowl and brings a familiar wooden utensil feel to the routine.
Use it for the mixing stage of bread and pizza dough, or for thicker batters. Knead, rest or cook according to your recipe afterward.
You'll receive the long-handle, single-loop version pictured. Kitchenware and ingredients in our photographs are styling props.
YOUR THREE-STEP ROUTINE
Follow your recipe's ingredient order and quantities. Sunday helps with the mixing; your recipe guides what happens next.
01Choose a stable bowl with room to stir. Add the dry and wet ingredients as your recipe directs, and keep the bowl steady with your other hand.
02Hold the wooden handle and move the wire head through the ingredients, including around the sides and bottom, until the flour is incorporated.
03Continue with kneading, resting or cooking as needed. Wash the whisk promptly by hand and dry both the steel head and wooden handle thoroughly.
Sunday mixes ingredients; it does not replace kneading. Avoid soaking the wood, dishwashers and forcing the head through very stiff finished dough.
