1. Where is my order confirmation email?

Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase (it may have also been sent to your Primary Paypal email address). Please also check your spam folder.   If you did not get confirmation of your order, please email us so we can fix this:  grandmotherskitcheinfo@gmail.co

2. Where are your products made?

We work directly with high quality manufacturers with products made in the following countries: China, India, Bali & Singapore. For all USA orders we are able to offer shipping from our USA warehouse in 7-28 business days.

We respect each person's decision to shop for locally made products from your home country, however, keep in mind that some of the world's best quality brands are made outside of North America.  

3. Some items were missing from my order, what should I do?

Not to worry. Orders sometimes are shipped in multiple packages and may arrive at different times.

4. Refunds, missing or damaged items?

We happily replace or refund any missing or damaged items, please contact us and describe the problem, and when possible send a photo of any damaged items.

***Refunds can take up 10-15 business days to appear back on your original form of payment.

5. Can I get insurance on my shipment?

Yes, our shipping fees include shipping insurance which covers you for fully for lost and damaged products.

6. Do you have wholesale pricing?

Not at this time.

7. How can I be sure I am not getting scammed?

We are a North American company and a Mother-Daughter team and we can assure you that we go above and beyond to make our customers happy. ..it can just take us a few days to be able to get to your email, so we thank you for a few days patience for responses.

We know there are a lot of online scams (trust us, we have been subject to them as well), and we want to address this concern up front. The best thing is to read our reviews and also send us an email and give us a couple of days to respond.
