- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or dressing of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for a tangy twist)

Instructions
Assemble the Salad:
- Prepare the greens: Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly. Place them in a large serving bowl.
- Add the veggies: Top the greens with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, and red onion.
Add the Toppings:
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, croutons, bacon bits, and sunflower seeds (or almonds) evenly over the salad.
Prepare the Dressing:
