Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ground Beef
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, and ketchup or barbecue sauce. Set aside.
