  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham (or Canadian bacon)

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  1. Prepare the Pita Crusts
Place the pita breads on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce evenly over each pita, leaving a small border around the edges.

  1. Assemble the Pizzas
Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the diced ham and pineapple chunks on top of the cheese.
Optional: Sprinkle with a pinch of dried oregano or red pepper flakes for added flavor.

  1. Bake the Pizzas
Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the pita are golden brown.

  1. Cool and Serve
Remove the pizzas from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges or serving whole.
