Instructions
Step 1: Boil the Eggs

- Remove eggs and immediately place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop cooking.
- Peel the eggs and slice them into rounds or halves.
Step 2: Cook the Bacon
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, flipping as needed (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 3: Prepare the Toast & Tomatoes
- Toast whole wheat bread to desired crispness. Spread with butter if desired.
- Slice the tomato into even rounds.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
- Arrange sliced eggs, tomatoes, bacon, and toast on a plate.
- Sprinkle eggs and tomatoes with salt and black pepper.
