Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal of the fudge.

2. Make the Chocolate Fudge Base:
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Melt the mixture over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

3. Make the Orange Swirl:
In a separate heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. Melt over a double boiler or in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and carrot powder (or a few drops of carrot juice) and stir until the mixture reaches a smooth, orange color.

4. Swirl the Fudge:
Dollop spoonfuls of the orange mixture over the dark chocolate fudge in the pan. Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together, creating a marbled effect. Be careful not to overmix—aim for beautiful streaks of orange through the chocolate.

5. Chill and Set:
