Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Wraps

  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or garlic aioli (for spreading)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Prepare the Wraps

  1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  2. Spread a layer of sour cream or garlic aioli over each tortilla.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on each tortilla.
  2. Add a portion of the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and red onion slices.

Step 4: Roll and Toast the Wraps

  1. Roll the tortilla and up tightly into a wrap.
